Tiffany Carnes

Tiffany Carnes brings her knowledge of asbestos litigation, toxic torts, and personal injury to Tomblin Carnes McCormack, L.L.P. Ms. Carnes has experience representing the clients of Tomblin Carnes McCormack, LLP in many areas of civil litigation including work-related chemical exposure, construction defect litigation, election law, family law, probate, serious personal injuries, and medical malpractice. Additionally, Ms. Carnes has also represented home owners association board members as well as many children taken into state protective custody as attorney ad litem.

After graduating magna cum laude from Southwest Texas State University, Ms. Carnes completed a Masters degree there as well. After teaching in the San Antonio area for several years, she then went on to the University of Texas, where she earned her law degree. Ms. Carnes is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Court Appointed Family Advocates. She is also on the board of two local area non-profit organizations.

In addition to representing the clients of Tomblin Carnes McCormack, LLP, Ms. Carnes is also a trained and experienced mediator.
