Tomblin Carnes McCormack, LLP was established in 1999 by Lucky Tomblin, Tiffany Carnes and James McCormack. Founding partner Lucky Tomblin began representing victims of asbestos in the early 1970's. Due to his unending commitment and loyal friendships with his clients, many thousands of working men and women came to him for legal representation for injuries from occupational exposures. In 1999, Lucky and his daughter Tiffany Carnes, together with former State Bar of Texas General Counsel James McCormack, decided to form the law firm of Tomblin Carnes McCormack, LLP. Their goal was simple — to represent those who had been injured due to the intentional or negligent acts of another. The three partners pulled together an incredible group of people to complete the law firm. The experienced and friendly attorneys, legal assistants, paralegal, and support staff at Tomblin Carnes McCormack, LLP are dedicated to the success of their clients.
